This restaurant serves Kagoshima Kurobuta shabu shabu-shabu and Kagoshima black beef sukiyaki in a broth made from carefully selected ingredients and natural hot spring water from Satsumasendai in the northwestern part of Kagoshima.
The shabu-shabu using natural hot spring water brings out the sweetness and flavor of the meat to the fullest. There is another secret to the delicious taste that makes repeat customers a must.
Customers always ask, "Don't you sell this? Satsuma's ponzu (Japanese citrus juice). After enjoying the surprisingly mild taste of the dashi broth, you can also enjoy a change of flavor with this special ponzu.
We also recommend the sukiyaki of "Kagoshima black beef," which has recently won the top prize in Japan. The marbled meat of Kagoshima's world-class black beef is of the highest quality, down to the fat that melts out of the meat.
Sukiyaki using the finest A4 and A5 grade meat is popular even among overseas customers for its melt-in-your-mouth flavor. In addition, we also serve kibinago, jidori chicken(chicken Sashimi), satsuma-age (fried fish cake), and thick tofu, which was ranked No. 1 in Kyushu.
